Our aim is to give you the best experience. All bookings are made in accordance with the consultation and consent forms sent to you when you book via Fresha or if you book in person. A full medical history will always be taken prior to your appointment. Please let us know if there are any changes to your current medical history before your treatment. Contact details have to be provided upon booking i.e. contact number and email address, so that you can receive booking confirmation notifications. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 48 hours so that your appointment time can be given to another patient. 

You must be 18 or over to have any treatment with us. Please be prepared to show ID if asked. There is no upper age limit!

If you are running late please inform us as soon as possible and we can try to still accommodate you. If you're going to be longer than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment if we cannot fulfil the appointment time.

Upon booking you will be sent an image consent form to complete, date and sign. You can either choose to give full consent for your before and after images to be shared across the website and our social media or you can choose not to. Alternatively, you can consent for your images to be shared with patients in person only yet for said images not to be shared, shown online or on any social media platforms. Any decision you make regarding image consent will be fully respected. We are fully GDPR compliant and reviewed regularly. 

All treatments are non refundable. We will do our best to ensure you are happy with your results by taking a thorough consultation, discussing your desired outcomes and informing you on any potential risks and side effects, however rare. In the unlikely event that the results do not meet your expectations, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment and we can work together to provide you the most superior results. All policies are updated and reviewed regularly or at point of change in a policy. Cancellation fees may be introduced and booking deposit amounts are reviewed regularly and subject to change.
